Senior Sales and Professional Services Engineer (New York)

This is a unique position for the right individual. You'll be working with Coral8's engineering team, customers, partners, and the CTO to create prototypes applications on top of the Coral8 Engine. The requirements for this position are:

  • Technical brilliance
  • Experience of working in the financial services industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Java, as well as some other programming/scripting languages (C/C++/C#, Perl, Python, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • A proven ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • A strong interest in working with customers
  • Previous experience in a Sales Engineer or Professional Services capacity is a big plus

Senior Applications Engineer/Team Lead (Client)

As a part of our applications team, you will be responsible for building Coral8 Studio, the IDE for the Coral8 Engine. The following skills are absolutely required for this position:

  • Expert C++ skills.
  • Experience with wxWidgets (BIG plus), MFC, QT, or other complex UI frameworks.
  • Experience with creating complex graphical interfaces, such as development environments, graphical workflow editors, etc. .
  • Experience with writing portable software on Unix, Linux, Windows, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SQL.

Additional, nice to have skills include:

  • Experience with multi-threading programming.
  • Experience with networking and TCP/IP.

Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for elite Senior Technical Support Engineers to join our growing Support team. Your duties will include assisting customer and partner developers in resolving their technical issues, answering their highly technical questions, and working with our engineering to fix software defects. The following skills are required for this position:

  • Strong knowledge of databases and SQL, including the ability to write and debug SQL queries
  • 5+ years of experience working with technology
  • Experience with or working knowledge of at least one language: C/C++, Java, C#
  • A strong desire to work with customers
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting/debugging, multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn new products and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience of interacting with customers in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with supporting software that runs under Windows, Linux, and Unix
  • Experience of supporting developers using programming languages or developer tools
